You have not yet applied for a Mission key for 2021-2022, but would like to.

You have applied for a Mission key for 2021-2022

You were previously a Mission keyholder, and wish to return your old key and receive a refund for your deposit
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions on in-person gatherings, the Mission key exchange will be handled 100% by mail this year.
Note that H3 and P3 pilots may apply for keys, but only after they have been signed off for flying at Mission independently, according to the Mission site procedures.
If you would like to apply for a Mission key for 2021-2022
Please read the application guide and email an application to [email protected] no later than Sunday, March 7th, 2021. We have extended the deadline by a few days from Feb. 28, 2021.
If you have applied for a Mission key for 2021-2022

Login to your account on the WOR website, and ensure that your mailing address and contact information is up to date. https://wingsofrogallo.org/my-account/edit-address. The address that is on file is where the key will be sent to.

a) If you are a new keyholder applicant, pay the $20 deposit by Sunday March 7th using this page: https://wingsofrogallo.org/product/mission-keyholder-deposit/
b) If you are an existing keyholder and are exchanging a key, you may skip this step since we already have a deposit on file.

On Wednesday March 10th, Steve Welch (Mission chair) will mail your 2021-2022 key to the address that is on file. If you are an existing keyholder, the package will also contain a return mailer with pre-paid postage for returning the old key.

The new lock will be installed in the Mission lockbox on Friday, March 19th.

a) If you were a keyholder in 2020-2021, please mail back your existing key to Steve using the return mailer with pre-paid postage. Keys will be mailed to:

Keys must be received by Steve no later than Friday, April 2nd.
b) If you are a new keyholder for 2021-2022, you may skip this step.
Notes:

Any 2020-2021 keys not received by Friday April 2nd will have their $20 deposit forfeited.

Any 2021-2022 keys that are sent to the wrong address due to members failing to update their mailing address in the member database will also have their deposits forfeited. Please reach out to Steve if this happens, so that a replacement key may be sent out.
If you are returning a 2020-2021 key, and have not reapplied for a Mission key for 2021-2022

Once your key has been received, your $20 deposit will be returned via electronic payment by the WOR Treasurer.
If you would like to apply for a Mission key for 2021-2022 after the cut-off date
Any new key applications received after March 7th will be processed in the order in which they are received on a bi-monthly basis until all 55 keys have been allocated.
