Check for Ed Levin Authorization

Use this form to determine whether a pilot is authorized by Wings of Rogallo
to fly Ed Levin under the WOR Special Use Permit.
A pilot will be authorized if:
– their USHPA membership is current, AND
– pilot information is in the WOR database, AND
– a current WOR Ed Levin waiver has been properly signed and witnessed

Note that there is no requirement that a pilot be a member of WOR to fly under the WOR Special Use Permit.  For more information, visit the Visiting Pilots page
