Bylaws
Thank you for all of your questions and comments thus far on the proposed revised bylaws. Here is some important information about the upcoming vote, and important dates, which by member request, have been modified slightly from those that were originally communicated to give members more time to review the changes.

The draft is viewable here. The public comment period has been extended, and will close on Sunday July 26th at 12pm.

Important dates

Sun. Jul 26, 12pm - public comment period ends.

Tue. Jul 28 - final draft proposal will be published on the website. This is the version that will be voted upon

Thu. Jul. 30 - voting opens. ElectionBuddy notices will be sent out.

Fri. Aug. 14, 11:59pm - voting closes.

Mon. Aug 17 (or before) - results announced.
In the spirit of the current bylaws ("The bylaws may be amended with the approval of two-thirds of the membership present at a meeting"), the amendments will pass if 2/3 of the total number of votes received are YES votes.
